As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:
Leverage geographic data and research to support the development of strategies and objectives by channel, business unit, and brands
Build trade area maps of different Oxford properties and conduct data driven research to optimize the retail operations using GIS software
Collect data on consumers, competitors, and marketplace; consolidate data into actionable insights
Work with different retail stakeholders to understand their needs and build dashboards, reports to help them achieve their goals
Work with team to innovate and build reports, dashboards, and other data products using (both geographic and other data sources) to enhance decision making and daily operations across different retail assets
Conduct customer surveys to build customer profile, understand customer needs and sentiments
Optional
- opportunity to shadow data scientists to learn how to build customer segments and build predictive models to optimize operations

To succeed in this role, you are:
Working towards completion of an undergraduate degree (preferably with a targeted graduation date in 2024) with a concentration in GIS or other similar disciplines
Working knowledge of GIS software like Arc GIS
Working knowledge of geographic and demographic data is required
Working knowledge of creating dashboards using Tableau & Power Bi
Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a high level of attention to detail
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately (both verbal and written)
Ability to meet tight deadlines and to manage conflicting priorities
Excellent interpersonal skills
