What You'll Do

  • Support implementation and maintenance of Canadian Tire's enterprise data protection technology, collaborating across teams to ensure top-tier security for endpoints, data, and networks.
  • Perform version and feature upgrades as required for data protection tools and infrastructure.
  • Support the development of data loss prevention capabilities.
  • Build and maintain reports, implementing enhancements as needed.
  • Participate in compliance processes to identify, report, and remediate data security issues.
  • Collaborate on designing security technology upgrades and infrastructure solutions
  • Engage with platform teams to integrate new features and optimize existing components.

What You Bring

  • Working towards a post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related Engineering background
  • Coursework or experience with endpoint detection and response technologies, firewalls, network data loss prevention tools
  • Familiarity with data discovery, secure deletion tools
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure & Compliance Center is an asset
