Responsibilities: As a Technology Sales Consultant, you play a vital role in enhancing customer experiences in the retail setting. Your enthusiasm for technology is infectious, and you actively contribute to a culture of growth and learning for customers and colleagues. By staying updated on tech trends and engaging with your team, you assist customers in reaching their educational and work-related objectives through expert advice on technology products and services.

  • Connect and collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide valuable solutions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in products and services to identify referral opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Take the lead in technology and workspace sales, guiding associates to achieve targets and promote a sales-centric environment.
  • Prepare quotes for technology systems and related items as necessary.
  • Support various store areas, including Tech Services, as needed.
  • Keep store management informed about sales data, inventory, and product concerns.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, pricing accuracy, and store cleanliness.
  • Prioritize operational efficiency and exceptional customer service.
  • Uphold store safety protocols to protect yourself, team members, and customers.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of leadership experience with a focus on meeting sales and service goals is preferable.
  • Completion of post-secondary education in a technical field is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with a passion for learning and problem-solving.
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor with a knack for finding solutions.

Additional Details:

  • The role involves moderate physical activity and equipment operation to maintain merchandising standards and elevate customer experiences.
