Role Overview:

Cognizant is looking for an expert Lead Product Consultant to estimate business benefits, identify requirements, and roadmap. Responsibilities include assessing requirements, creating solution alternatives, preparing workshop materials, and discussing conversion-induced configuration changes.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead implementation and customization of Guidewire solutions.
  • Collaborate for seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Conduct business analysis for process improvements.
  • Provide guidance on Insurance processes and methodologies.
  • Implement test plans for solution quality.
  • Facilitate user training on Guidewire functionalities.
  • Stay updated on Guidewire features and technology trends.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Address technical issues during projects.
  • Promote innovation and continuous improvement.
What You Bring to the Role:
  • Experienced Functional Lead with extensive Guidewire Suite knowledge.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Diligent with high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Guidewire Ace Certification.

Working arrangements:

We believe in a hybrid work approach for flexibility. This Hybrid position requires 2-3 days a week in Toronto, ON. We support work-life balance with wellbeing programs.
