Responsibilities:

  • Analyze new and existing accounts to assess credit risk; approve and set limits & payment terms in accordance with credit policy and authorization level
  • Credit Hold and release orders in accordance with company guidelines
  • Perform account reconciliations responsible for minimizing overdue accounts receivable through resolution of discrepancies and disputes
  • Communicate customers' status to management and Sales teams
  • Provide reports as required
  • Performs other ad hoc duties as required

Required Skills:

  • Postsecondary diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 35 years of experience working in credit and/or accounts receivable.
  • Ability to make sound credit and collection recommendations regarding customer risk in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong Analytical skills is a must
  • Strong working experience with Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel)
Ability to interact with employees and customers in a courteous and professional manner
