Concrètement, à quoi ressembleront tes journées ?- Collaborer avec les conseillers et conseillères en gestion de la marque dans la mise en œuvre des initiatives marketing;-
- Participer à l'implantation des chartes de projet et des briefs dans l'outil de gestion (Wrike, Jira) ainsi qu'aider au découpage des tâches et responsabilités en fonction des expertises requises;-
- Faire le suivi et la gestion des activités marketing en cours avec les équipes créatives;-
- Agir comme point de contact entre la direction marketing et le studio créatif et s'assurer d'une bonne traduction des briefs marketing en livrables opérationnels;-
- Établir les échéanciers des projets, les processus de travail et les différentes étapes de validation et de livraison avec les parties prenantes;-
- Planifier les rencontres de lancement de projets et s'assurer que l'ensemble des requis sont présents puis veiller à assurer un suivi serré tout au long de l'avancement du projet;Coordonner le matériel marketing dans la mise en œuvre des campagnes;-
- Supporter l'arrimage entre les équipes internes et transversales afin d'activer les leviers marketing de façon cohérente et synchronisée;-
- Créer les briefs des projets en lien avec l'identité de marque grâce à l'outil de gestion de projet ;-
- Collaborer avec les conseiller-ères, gestion de la marque dans la création des « brandbooks » en traduisant les besoins d'identité de la marque à l'équipe créative et assurer le suivi des livrables.- Ce qu'il te faut pour être Chargé-e de projets marketing chez nous?- Formation universitaire en marketing, communication, gestion de projets ou toutes autres disciplines pertinentes;-
- 5 à 8 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets et mise en place de processus;-
- Connaissance des processus de réalisation d'une campagne marketing et d'un produit (web, mobile);-
- Capacité d'organisation et facilité à collaborer avec divers intervenant-es;-
- Aisance à créer des processus et les mettre en place;-
- Avoir une attitude proactive et axé-e sur le travail d'équipe;-
- Être à l'aise en anglais afin de desservir une plus vaste clientèle.Des avantages qui font une réelle différence:
