JOB DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract potential buyers. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of marketing techniques, excellent communication skills, and a knack for innovative content creation.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Collaborating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to boost visibility and drive sales.
  • Managing digital marketing campaigns and sales funnels within the company's ERP system.
  • Monitoring online reviews and reputation management to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Analyzing marketing data to optimize campaign performance.
  • Managing the digital marketing budget and reporting on ROI.
  • Optimizing website content for search engine rankings.
  • Creating and managing content across various digital platforms.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and technologies.
  • Conducting marketing research and competitive analysis.
  • Producing reports to support decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in property management or real estate.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing principles.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize digital marketing data.
  • Experience working with agencies and coordinating communication between them.
  • Strong attention to detail and report preparation skills.
  • Full proficiency in English and French.
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills in both languages.
