Job Description:

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGES:

  • Closely monitor projects and campaigns;
  • Coordinate teams from brief to delivery and ensure project quality;
  • Develop tools, methods and work processes;
  • Work in close collaboration with the different teams to achieve business objectives;
  • Contribute to the development, evolution, implementation and promotion of products and services;
  • Propose recommendations, solutions and action plans for continuous optimization;
  • Followup with other divisions while taking care to respect deadlines;
  • Support the team in certain administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

THE EXPERTISE REQUIRED TO TAKE US FURTHER:

  • University education in communications, marketing or other relevant training;
  • At least 2 years experience in communications or marketing;
  • Great attention to detail;
  • Leadership and thoroughness;
  • You are not afraid to bring in ideas that are out of the ordinary;
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously;
  • Good priority management;
  • Good sense of adapting to change;
  • You are able to speak and write in both English and French (frequent contacts outside Quebec).
