Toyota Receptionist
Job Summary:
As a Toyota Receptionist, your primary responsibility is to create a positive and welcoming environment for guests and provide exceptional customer service.
You will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, handling inquiries, managing appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area.
Your dedication to delivering a superior guest experience will contribute to the overall success of the dealership.Responsibilities and Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests, potential guests, staff, and community members in a friendly and professional manner.
- Efficiently check guests in and out of the dealership, ensuring accurate system entry and smooth processes.
- Provide detailed information about dealership activities, services, and amenities, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Direct guests to the appropriate department or individual based on their needs, ensuring seamless navigation.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and effectively, going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Answer telephone calls, accurately record messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate staff member or department.
- Schedule appointments and manage the dealership's calendar, ensuring optimal time utilization and organization.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized reception area, reflecting the dealership's high standards and professionalism.
- Assist in hosting events and coordinating schedules for various activities, contributing to the overall success of dealership initiatives.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service, fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Schedule:
- Fulltime position
- 8hour shifts, Monday to Friday. 18, Saturdays 95.
Language Requirement:
- Strong English language skills
Working Conditions:
- Prolonged standing and working at a computer
- Adherence to dress code and conduct guidelines
Education:
- Secondary School Diploma (preferred)
Experience:
- Previous administrative experience (preferred)
- Front desk or receptionist experience (preferred)
Work Location:
- Inperson position based in Pickering, ON L1V 3N7
Note:
Reliable commuting or planning to relocate to the specified location is required for this position.
