The case load consists of predominantly private pay clients of all ages, Post Motor Vehicle Collision (MVC), Department of Veterans Affairs clientele and those with sports and various injuries.

We do not service Workers Compensation Board (WCB).

Skills:

  • Ability to multitask in a busy office environment, booking appointments, laundry, light cleaning and customer service.
  • Perform clerical reception duties such as filing, photocopying, accounts receivable and using Point of Service (POS) payments with Interac/Visa/Mastercard
  • Able to prioritize tasks
  • Physically able to perform hourly laundry tasks and light cleaning
  • Pleasant verbal and telephone communication skills
  • Previous experience with Physiotherapy Clinic Software Packages

Assets:

  • Previous Physiotherapy/health administrative experience and relevant knowledge
  • Positive outlook and able to work with other team members
  • Knowledge of Motor Vehicle and Private Health insurance billing systems
  • Professional/pleasant inperson customer service and telephone skills
  • Excellent familiarity with computer systems
  • Be organized, efficient and eager to learn.
