Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate service areas, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Information Management: Obtain and process client information, record and relay details as needed, and maintain accurate work records and logs.
  • Scheduling and Administration: Schedule and confirm appointments, receive and issue payments, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and calculate billing charges.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 15 to 40 hours per week
