- Information Management: Obtain and process information required to provide excellent customer service, including recording and relaying information as needed.
- Scheduling and Confirmations: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with clients and staff.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date work records and logs, including client information and service history.
- Financial Transactions: Receive and process payments, as well as perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 15 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate varying client needs.
