    • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date work records and logs
    • Process payments and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Communication and Support
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to staff
    • Provide general administrative support to the salon team
