Those products are offered in a variety of popular forms - including softgel and hard-shell capsules, as well as traditional tablets.

The company also offers custom manufacturing, private labelling, and testing services for retailers, resellers and manufacturers.

We currently have an opening for Receptionist and Sales support to join
the Sales Team.

Working Hours:
Mon-Fri 8:30 am-5 pm.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Oversee all aspects of general office coordination.
  • Maintain office calendar to coordinate workflow and meetings.
  • Interact with clients, vendors and visitors.
  • Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
  • Sign for and distribute UPS/FedEx or similarly delivered packages.
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
  • Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, bookkeeping, copying, faxing, mailing and filing.
  • Create and modify documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters and financial statements using word processing, spreadsheet, database and/or other presentation software such as Microsoft Office or other programs.
  • Collect and maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies.
  • Research, price and purchase office furniture, equipment and supplies.
  • Performs other duties as requested by senior management.

Preferred Qualifications and/or Experiences:

  • At least 1 year experience in general office responsibilities and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and a familiarity with electronic presentation/report formats (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent customer service, time management, and project organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability for creative, strategic business thinking.
  • Previous industry experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing
