Lifemark Sport Medicine Richmond Oval is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Receptionist/Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Receptionist/Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering telephone calls and greeting clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Responding to inquiries and resolving client issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and faxes
  • Tracking and submitting reports as required
  • Providing administrative support to the office manager and clinic director
  • Monitoring and ordering office and clinic supplies
  • Assisting with photocopier and fax maintenance
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a medical clinic setting, preferably as a receptionist
  • Understanding of medical terminology is an asset
  • Health-related educational background is preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working as a receptionist in a healthcare setting
