Nolk is seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist (Organic) to oversee all aspects of the social media channels associated with the Emerging Brand's unit. Reporting directly to the Emerging Brands' Head of Content, the specialist is responsible for driving community engagement, growing audiences, and maintaining an identifiable brand voice.
The ideal candidate must have knowledge of social media trends and the ability to keep up with them, previous experience managing one or multiple social media communities and demonstrated ability to foster growth, and excellent copywriting skills. Content Creation
Develop, create, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
Ensure all social media content adheres to the brand's voice, tone, and visual identity
Coordinate with the marketing team to maintain a consistent brand message across all channels
Optimize social media content for search engines to increase visibility and reach
Community Engagement
Foster and build online communities around the brand
Curate relevant content from the community to share with followers and on the website
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, followers, and conversions
Prepare regular reports to communicate performance insights and recommendations for improvement
Experience in creating content calendars for various social media platforms e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and for multiple accounts at one time
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices
Ability to create engaging and high-quality content
Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma
Strong video editing skills and knowledge of leading video editing platforms e.g. Capcut, Canva, etc.
Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles as they apply to social media content
Proficiency in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to track and measure performance
Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail
Being bilingual in English and French is a plus

Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) tels que la portée, l'engagement, les abonnés et les conversions
Préparer des rapports réguliers pour communiquer les insights de performance et des recommandations d'amélioration
Expérience dans la création de calendriers de contenu pour diverses plateformes de médias sociaux, telles que Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, et pour plusieurs comptes simultanément
Connaissance approfondie des plateformes de médias sociaux, outils et meilleures pratiques
Capacité à créer un contenu engageant et de haute qualité
Compétences exceptionnelles en rédaction et en édition
Compétences en design graphique et familiarité avec les outils de conception, tels que Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma
Compétences solides en montage vidéo et connaissance des principales plateformes de montage vidéo, telles que Capcut, Canva, etc.
Compréhension des principes de l'optimisation pour les moteurs de recherche (SEO) appliqués au contenu des médias sociaux
Maîtrise des outils d'analyse des médias sociaux (par exemple, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) pour suivre et mesurer la performance
