Summary

Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Multiplatform Brand Partnerships/Customer Experience & Engagement, the specialist will have the objectives of establishing communication and social media strategies in order to support the sales team from a marketing point of view B2B, but also work in collaboration with the Bell Media Sales multi-platform media creativity team to develop innovative and personalized media strategies to meet an advertiser's objectives through briefings or business development. All with the main objective of generating non-traditional advertising revenue by offering the best strategic, creative multiplatform products and solutions integrated into the Bell Media ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities Communication
  • Content strategy:
    • Develop a content strategy aligned with the company's marketing and sales go-to-market objectives.
    • Identify the social media platforms most relevant to the brand.
    • Develop an editorial calendar to plan publications strategically based on content priorities and seasonal events.
  • Writing :
    • Write high-quality content for presentations, speeches, websites, newsletters, social media posts, etc.
    • Adapt the tone and style of writing according to the target audience and platform.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all communication media.
  • Social media management:
    • Create, publish and schedule content on different social platforms.
    • Monitor and analyze publication trends and performance.
    • Engage the community by responding to comments, asking questions, and interacting with followers.
  • SEO optimization:
    • Use SEO best practices to optimize content and improve search engine rankings.
    • Perform keyword research to identify relevant terms to integrate into the content.
Key Responsibilities Customer Experience
  • Analysis and reporting:
    • Track and analyze social media and web traffic data to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
    • Prepare regular reports on social media performance and success indicators.
  • Internal collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, communications and sales teams to align efforts.
    • Contribute to team meetings to share ideas and recommendations.
  • Creativity and innovation:
    • Propose creative ideas for content campaigns and social media activations.
    • Follow developments in social platforms and content trends to stay up to date
