Supervisor Qualifications:

- minimum 5 years well testing experience
- ability and patience to be a guide and mentor to other less experienced employees
- valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's License; current driver's abstract and own reliable vehicle
- basic computer skills
- strong verbal and written communication, trouble shooting skills
- detail oriented, self-motivated and able to accommodate shifting priorities

Work Experience:

- working knowledge of oil and gas regulations, including WCB & OH&S
- experience working hand in hand with safety personnel and field consultants

Duties and Responsibilities:

- prepare daily field tickets
- ensure work meets specifications and legislated regulations
- write daily reports and submit to operations manager
- be a leader and role model for all field personnel
- lead and participate in safety programs
- co-ordinate interactions with staff and external customers
- participate in safety and planning meetings

Operators Qualifications:

- minimum 3 years well testing experience
- valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's License with current driver's abstract
- basic computer skills
- strong verbal and written communication, trouble shooting skills
- detail oriented and self-motivated
- work well with others and take direction

Work Experience:

- working knowledge of oil and gas regulations, including WCB & OH&S
- experience working hand in hand with safety personnel and testing supervisors

Duties and Responsibilities
- assisting supervisors in set-up and take down of equipment
- ensure work meets specifications and legislated regulations
- report to supervisors and managers, as needed
- participate in safety and planning meetings
