- Updating our program as needs require
- Execution of Ministry standards at minimum
- Workplace inspection execution & tracking, ensure any issues are logged & resolved
- Track any workplace incidents/accidents and work with Ops to find Root Cause and reduce risk
- Ensure all Branch, JHSC & Annual meetings are held, minutes reviewed & posted
- Update the Intranet of all requirements & ensure appropriate staff have access
- Organize all required annual inspections, work with branches to execute
- Communicate with management any gaps that need to be addressed
- Quality Management / ISO
- Quality Management Representative for all ISO OPCO's
- Update, enhance QMS & Manual
- Conduct internal audits, create NCR's, Corrective & Preventative Actions track and ensure their resolution
- Responsible for all aspects of our External audits
- Create awareness of the QMS within our OPCO's
- ISO & Non ISO
- Use QMS structure to enhance continuous improvement in all Ontario OPCO's
- Communicate with management any gaps that need to be addressed
- Lead for all other audit requirements internal or external ex. Sonepar Canada audit, customer audits etc
- Continuous review of current processes for efficiencies and document control of ALL processes. Work with Ops & Trainer to role out to employees
- Develop, update reporting on all of the above
- Promote and advocate H&S and continuous improvement across the company
- Assist with planning and coordination of branch moves
