Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to join our team at Cognito Inc. in Brampton, ON.

  • 3+ years of experience in operations roles with expertise in Oracle Fusion/OCI/OIC.
  • Proven track record of managing integrations, extensions, and environments for ERP Fusion (Finance/SCM).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience in triage, issue resolution, and working with Oracle SR processes.
  • Experience with Service Now ticketing system and Azure DevOps/Github for Cloud CI/CD.
  • Ability to deploy code/configs using Azure DevOps pipelines and perform code retrofits across multiple instances.
  • Participation in SCM ERP major cloud upgrade programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage OIC integrations and extensions for ERP Fusion (Finance/SCM).
  • Monitor integrations/jobs/extensions and troubleshoot issues.
  • Work with Oracle SR process to raise issues and resolve them.
  • Experience with Service Now ticketing system and Azure DevOps/Github for Cloud CI/CD.
  • Deploy code/configs using Azure DevOps pipelines and perform code retrofits.

Requirements:
