  • A Day in the Life
  • Work as a partner with various local HR Representatives to support our Service Operations across Canada and the USA
  • Ensure that there are consistencies across the HR portion of our Service organization in regards to processes and procedures
  • Indepth knowledge of all Service roles and regular evaluation of Service Operations job descriptions to reflect business needs
  • Work closely with the local Service manager and recruitment team to understand local recruitment market and on innovative recruitment ideas or suggestions
  • Assist with any recruitment efforts by posting and sorting job advertisements, sourcing resumes, conducting phone prescreens, arranging interviews, sitting in on interviews, conducting reference checks
  • Work closely with Service Training Specialist to create a comprehensive training schedule, conduct new hire orientations and assist new hires through onboarding process
  • Enter organizational changes into HRIS system and assist with any employee inquiries
  • Participate in HR or Service Operations special projects as needed
  • What We Are Seeking
  • Preferably a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, postsecondary college programs considered an asset
  • 12 years Human Resources experience preferred
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, open, and honest relationships
  • Excellent planning, organization, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proactive and processoriented working style, with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, meet pressing deadlines and anticipate client needs while maintaining confidentiality
