We are looking for a client-focused and dynamic
Deskside Support Consultant to work
onsite in Edmonton You will contribute to the business by providing support to end users' queries related to their software, hardware, and computing platforms in a professional and courteous manner.
A Day in the Life:
- Assist endusers with questions about any of our supported Mobile software and Hardware in a professional and courteous manner
- Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and Networking.
- Troubleshoot mobile hardware and software such as Andriod and IOS devices issues in a variety of environments
- Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue
- Be part of an oncall rotation
What You Bring:
- 1+ years of technical support experience
- 1+ year(s) of customer service experience
- Experience with the following:
- o Supporting mobile devices
- Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals like printers
- Excellent problemsolving and multitasking skills
