Responsibilities:


The Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for managing the planning, organization, and implementation of the Provost's daily and long-range calendar.

This includes scheduling and coordinating all meetings, organizing and tracking all requests for the Provost's time, and ensuring the Provost has all relevant information at-hand for engagements and commitments.

The Engagement Coordinator will conduct research in preparation for meetings and events, including sourcing and summarizing participant biographies, correspondence, relevant social media activity, and purpose of the meeting, as well as identifying what supports are needed for the Provost's participation (e.g. speeches, formal responses, etc.) and engaging the appropriate party to coordinate those supports.

  • Specific Accountabilities include:
  • Scheduling and coordinating all meetings (virtual or in-person)
  • Organizing and tracking all invitations and requests for the Provost's time
  • Ensuring all relevant information is prepared for inclusion in the Provost's daily briefing folder
  • Managing all travel, logistics and expenses for the Provost
