As an Account Executive at Prosci, your core responsibility is to drive revenue growth in the Quebec market by identifying and engaging new clients interested in enhancing their organizational change capabilities or in need of implementing change management best practices for critical business initiatives.

You will strategically develop growth opportunities within targeted accounts, establish valuable relationships with C-level executives and decision makers, and represent Prosci at regional and national events, promoting our services and fostering brand recognition.


Your role encompasses the full client acquisition process, from identifying opportunities, assessing client needs, crafting compelling proposals, collaborating with our internal team, and successfully negotiating contracts to secure deals.

You will collaborate with prospective clients to create tailored solutions that address their specific requirements, offering a mix of training, advisory services, and intellectual property licensing.

Beyond client acquisition, you will provide ongoing support, offer strategic direction, and maintain account management excellence for our enterprise clients.


In addition to delivering world-class service, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to represent the voice of the customer, ensuring success for both external and internal stakeholders in every engagement.

You will play a pivotal role in developing the Quebec market by defining target clients, advocating for French-speaking client needs, identifying market opportunities, establishing key client relationships, forming strategic partnerships, and devising plans for business growth within the Quebec public sector.

Your role will be instrumental in achieving Prosci's mission to empower organizations with effective change management practices and solutions in the Quebec market.


Scope & Responsibilities

  • Develop growth strategies within targeted accounts.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with Clevel execs and key decision makers within the Quebec market.
  • Represent Prosci in Quebec based events, and other events nationally as needed, promoting our services, and building brand presence.
  • Manage all aspects of Prosci's client acquisition process from identifying new opportunities, assessing, and scoping needs of the client, creating compelling proposals, collaborating with Prosci team on timing and fit, and successfully negotiating contracts to close.
  • Collaborate with prospective clients to develop resultsoriented solutions to their specific needs; which may include a combination of training offerings, advisory services, and intellectual property licensing
  • Provide direction and ongoing feedback to clients on their change management strategy, recommending Prosci offerings that will advance their change capability.
  • Deliver continuous account management support for enterprise clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
  • Design and implement account management plans and proactively engage with customers and provide world class service to our customers, employees, and target audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to represent the voice of the customer in internal discussions and ensure success for both our external and internal customers with each engagement.
  • Develop the Quebec Market by assisting in defining key target clients, identifying essential requirements for operating in the Quebec market and advocating for the unique needs of Frenchspeaking clients.
  • Strong solution sales experience and negotiation skills.
  • Track record of successful goal/quota attainment in sales or business development responsible role.
  • High level of interpersonal and emotional intelligence and strong collaboration skills.
  • Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels, from Clevel/senior leaders to front line associates, both internally and externally.
  • Problem solver with the ability to understand complex client challenges and arrive at resultsoriented solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • 10+ years of experience acquiring new clients using a consultative sales approach, ideally with expertise in change management, advisory services and/or professional service sales.
  • 10+ years of experience engaging with seniorlevel leaders across multiple industries.

Technical/Functional Skills

  • Working knowledge of industry and indepth knowledge of business functions and principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Teams, Word, Power Point and Excel are required)
  • Bilingual, with full fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree, coupled with10 + years of professional services sales and account management experience, experience selling advisory/consulting and professional services (Enterprise Training) is preferred.
