Location:
Fort Hills, AB (Fly-in-Fly-Out from Calgary or Edmonton)

This role is camp-based
Rotate on an eight days on, six days off schedule (11.5 hours per day shift)

Job type: 6-month contract | Full-time position

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee hard copy and electronic turnover processes.
  • Provide database training to contractors.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance.
  • Review turnover documentation and indexes.
  • Drive contractor progress towards project completion.
  • Assist in Final Walkdowns and Punch list generation.
  • Work closely with regulatory and technical teams.


Requirements:
  • Legally entitled to work and reside in Calgary, Edmonton, or nearby areas.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 8-10 years of turnover experience is mandatory.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Experience with turnover database software (e.g., SmartCompletions) is essential.
  • Alberta Class 5 Driver's License is a must.
  • Alignment with company values.
