HR Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to join our client's team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-2 years of HR experience, looking to grow in a supportive setting with high exposure to transactional Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide recruitment support, including creating job postings, interview guides, and performing background and reference checks
  • Create offer letters and termination paperwork
  • Coordinate benefits administration and support employees with inquiries
  • Support company-wide Health and Safety policies and protocols
  • Provide assistance to HR-related matters as needed

Requirements:

  • Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, or equivalent experience
  • CPHR Candidate is considered an asset
  • 2 years of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition
  • Strong interpersonal skills
