At Redrock Camps, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Coordinator. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage the daily tasks of our warehouse staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the efficient shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff members.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels and monitoring inventory turnover.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate the delivery and pickup of laundry services, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions to our operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
