Responsibilities:


As Client Solutions Manager, you will work directly with our commercial clients to deliver the world-class customer service Gallagher is well-known for.

This means you will be managing an existing portfolio of clients - driving the renewal cycle, handling day-to-day policy changes, interfacing with insurers and marketing policies as required.

How You Will Affect the Business

  • Supporting a designated portfolio of Commercial clients, leading business retention and continually building upon customer relationships.
  • Review accounts at renewal, taking the necessary steps in placing coverage required by the client, remarketing when required, and adhering to the binding authority set out by carriers.
  • Respond to client inquiries quickly and efficiently, maintaining a quick turnaround time for any actions required on behalf of the client.
  • Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities, driving the creation of quality leads, and working with Account Executives in binding the client.
  • Consistently acting to upgrade insurance market knowledge, keeping abreast of new products and policy changes.
  • Work with Account Executives on crossselling opportunities and accessing resources within Gallagher.

Education and Experience

  • A Secondary School Diploma is required; College or University Degree is preferred.
  • 3+ years of Commercial Insurance Brokering experience required.
  • Experience within a specific insurance vertical (i.e. construction, manufacturing, professional lines etc.) is strongly preferred.
  • CAIB, CIP, CRM or other relevant certifications/designations are highly valued.
  • Active and in good standing Insurance Broker's License.
  • Knowledge of EPIC is considered an asset.
