About the Role

GGB - Global is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Service Representative to join our commercial lines team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service to our commercial insurance clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Producer in client service duties, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Provide weekly overviews of renewals, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Prioritize and handle daily phone calls, emails, and mail, responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet with team members to discuss challenges and provide direction, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Assist with marketing of accounts and attend client meetings as necessary, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solve concerning different coverages, rating, claims, and competition, providing innovative solutions to complex issues.
  • Administer client service activities, including record-keeping, instructions, new submissions, renewal submissions, letters, and claim reporting.
  • Handle activities in EPIC, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of client data.
  • Ensure timely reporting of claim notices to carriers, maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of the team and the company.
About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful individual with a strong understanding of the insurance brokerage business and customer service processes. Required qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED and 1+ years of related experience. Preferred qualifications include an appropriate license.
