The Ottawa-Carleton District School Board is on the lookout for a new team member to join them in a role as a Continuing Education Assistant (Literacy/Numeracy & Secondary Credit Programs) until August 31, 2025. As part of this role, you will provide valuable support to the Secondary Credit (Night/Summer) and Literacy/Numeracy programs under the direction of the Continuing Education Officer and Principal of Continuing Education.

Some of the main responsibilities include managing records, assisting with student registrations, processing documents, and providing general administrative support. To qualify for this position, you should hold a secondary school diploma and possess at least two years of related work experience.

Experience in Continuing Education and knowledge of relevant board policies and procedures would be advantageous. Additionally, proficiency in various computer applications and excellent interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role.

  • Completion of a secondary school diploma and a minimum of two years of related work experience.
