Position Summary:


You will bring a mix of creative flair through words and design in social media communications, a process-minded analytical capacity for SEO, digital advertising and campaign execution, and a strong affinity and savvy with marketing and project management software to create lead workflows, automations and deploy/manage/measure digital marketing outreach campaigns.


Specific Duties:

Lead Management:

  • Maintain and continuously improve the existing lead management process for all marketing generated leads (logic, scoring and workflows) pertaining to lead lifecycles (segmentation, nurturing and timely production of marketing qualified leads for our sales channels
  • Lead a weekly review process of new leads with business development stakeholders. Implement listhygiene best practices to ensure clean data exchange within marketing and sales CRM platforms.

Digital Ad Campaigns and SEO:

  • Collaborate with external creative vendors to coordinate necessary elements to stage ongoing digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and website content.
  • Support agency partners to execute digital ads and optimize performance based on results.
  • Collaborate with Content Marketing Manager and agency partners in formulating and integrating SEO and SEM bestpractices to optimize website and landing pages for increased visibility and conversion
  • Collaborate with Content Marketing Manager for keyword research, backlinking and implementation of Delta-Q's SEO strategy
  • Work with Content Marketing Manager and agency partners to generate a monthly report on the effectiveness of our digital ads and SEO campaigns and initiatives
Social Media & Content Production

  • Develop strategies, plans, and sustain social media calendar in collaboration with the Content Marketing Manager and other SME's internally and externally
  • Assist the Content Marketing Manager in delivering content across social media related to core market segments
  • Gather market and competitive intelligence from social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube) to create engaging content for social media and to assist Content Marketing Manager with improving upon and creating new content strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, inquiries, and tagged content.
  • Generate a monthly and quarterly report of social media program performance
  • Assist with developing and editing digital content for social media, including, but not limited to, photos, videos, graphics, reels, etc. using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Create or update product collaterals (spec sheets) and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Relevant education in marketing/communications with a focus on digital marketing, and complement this with prior experience in a B2B organization marketing technical products or services.
  • Moderate or stronger skill/experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva (for graphic design), Google and LinkedIn Ads, and Social Media Platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) is highly regarded.
  • Understanding of the B2B customer journey, lead lifecycle stages and the concepts of technical content marketing are highly regarded.
  • Good experience and capabilities within social media platforms, particularly Linkedin.
  • You are highly organized and selfdirected with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. You have a good attention to detail, and eye for design
  • You consider yourself a teamplayer with excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.

  • A good foundation and desire to increase your domain knowledge of SEO strategies, best practices and analytics
  • Experience with Google Keywords Planner, MOZ or SEM Rush
  • Able to jump in and support small graphic design projects when needed
