This role will focus on:

  • Managing team of specialists to execute and optimize digital strategy
  • Creating and evolving web and mobile strategy that modernizes the way we engage with fans with a specific focus on user experience and flow (simple, intuitive)
  • Providing tactical marketing expertise to internal CSE teams, media partners, and stakeholders, including providing input into project briefs, creative strategies, and messaging
  • Evolving paid strategy to focus on full funnel advertising including evergreen and targeted campaigns that best leverage dynamic creative
  • Promoting culture of iteration, testing, and datadriven decision making
  • Leading digital reporting, key learnings, and iterative execution process

YOU HAVE:

  • Postsecondary degree or diploma in a related field such as business, communications or marketing
  • At least three years of experience in the development, execution, and evaluation of large, multichannel online and offline marketing programs
  • Experience in project management including planning tasks, time management, financial management, and monitoring and reporting
  • Proven knowledge of digital marketing best practices and creative optimization strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to make critical decisions independently without supervision
  • Proactive and resourceful attitude with an ability to "make things happen"
  • Solid work ethic with desire to contribute maximum effort to achieving team goals and revenue targets
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by event and promotions schedule
