Responsibilities:

  • Own the paid digital marketing portfolio
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic,meet Ecommerce sales objectives and drive growth for the channel
  • Plan, create and manage advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, including targeting, budgeting, and performance monitoring
  • Conduct research and analyze data to identify new opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure campaigns align with overall business goals
  • Continuously monitor and develop regular reporting on campaign performance, making adjustments as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Competencies:

  • A true Optimist
  • Strong desire for continual learning
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising
  • Strong knowledge of Meta and Google Ads, including experience creating and managing campaigns
  • Excellent analytical and datadriven decisionmaking skills
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work well in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
  • Comfortable with testing frameworks and proving impact of tactics
  • Passion for the fashion and retail industry is a plus
  • Encourage an open, honest and positive team environment
