Le spécialiste du soutien aux franchises offre un soutien et des activités de service en ce qui a trait aux produits de l'entreprise destinés à une clientèle précise ou un groupe de clients opérant dans un environnement de franchise. Il assure un service de qualité dans le cadre des paramètres du programme et des normes de prestation. Il développe des relations directes avec les clients en s'assurant de bien comprendre leurs activités tout en soutenant les gestionnaires de comptes dans leurs propres relations. Il agit à titre de point de contact pour le soutien des clients franchisés pour assister avec les nouveaux contrats, les besoins de matériels supplémentaires, la résolution de problèmes et l'ajout de nouvelles solutions et nouveaux services aux comptes. Le spécialiste du soutien aux franchisés est responsable du soutien des relations clients
Participe et s'assure que les services et le soutien offerts soient appropriés en ce qui a trait aux nouveaux contrats et à l'ajout de produits et services pour une clientèle de toute taille et à la demande des gestionnaires de comptes
Assure la bonne compréhension de l'entreprise et produits propres aux clients pour être en mesure de bien identifier les besoins et services à offrir
Peut identifier de nouveaux services et produits à offrir aux clients et présenter ses stratégies aux gestionnaires de comptes
Offre un service de qualité en lien avec les standards de performance et les standards opérationnels de l'entreprise
Bilinguisme (français/anglais) et particulièrement une excellente maîtrise du français (oral et écrit)

The Franchise Support Specialist provides enterprise-level support in French and English and service activities for company products and services for a designated client or group of clients operating in a franchise environment. They ensure quality service within the parameters of program and delivery standards. They develop direct client relationships and understanding of client business while supporting the relationships of Account Managers. They act as a point of contact for franchise client support to coordinate new contracts, additional hardware needs, resolution of service incidents and addition of new solutions and services as requested by the Relationship and Account Managers. They collaborate with sales and support groups to demonstrate value of support offering to clients, ensuring deliverables are consistently met and on time.
The Franchise Specialist is responsible and accountable for support of the franchise client relationship for assigned accounts;
Participates in and ensures the appropriate support and service activities are provided for new contracts, new and additional products and services for clients of varying sizes, as requested by the clients, Relationship or Account Manager.
Is responsible for ensuring service support is delivered successfully and on time. Responds appropriately to ensure all Global Payments support groups respond and react accordingly to deliver upon clients' needs.
Supports the client by acting as the voice of the customer, delivering support and communicating needs internally.
Ensures understanding of the client business and product to help identify service needs and plan service delivery. May identify new product services based on strategic direction of the client's business and present to Relationship and Account Managers.
Provides quality service and operational performance within the parameters of the client's and Global Payments' needs.
May help support the Client Business Review with Relationship and Account Manager.
Stays abreast of industry trends, regulations and compliance mandates in order to provide support to clients
Someone with a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field will be considered an asset
Previous experience in client facing roles
Bilingual French/English
