Objective:

Responsibilities & duties:

  • Research, track, maintain and update leads
  • Make outgoing calls to develop new business
  • Contact prospects to qualify leads
  • Research and maintain lead generation database
  • Conduct market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
  • Participate in the preparation of webinars and / or sales presentations
  • Provide accurate and timely information to management
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the company's products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
  • Administrative function will include (not limited to) preparation of legal request forms, spread sheets, preparation of sales tools and meeting presentations.
  • Attend Franchise Show, Webinars and/or Seminars when required. (Occasional weekend and some evening work)
  • You must be willing to work either in the office or hybrid (office and home) for this position.

Skills / attributes required:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience with cold calling
  • Experience with research and maintaining databases
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience in using CRM, SAP preferred, and Mailchimp
  • Self-Starter, goal driven, collective collaboration
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Experience working with franchising (preferred)

Qualifications / experience required:

  • A degree/diploma in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
  • 12year(s) experience in sales & administration.
  • Franchise Exposure is an asset
