EDUCATION
- A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.

NOTES:
1. Based on their education, training and/or experience, indeterminate incumbents of positions in the IS classification are deemed to meet the minimum education standard whenever a bachelor's degree without specialization is called for in a position classified as IS.
2. At the manager's discretion, an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience, may serve as an alternative to the minimum education standard.

For purposes of this particular process, an acceptable combination of education, training and experience is defined as:

• A minimum of high school education;

• A minimum of two post-secondary courses linked to web or social media management or

• A minimum of 2 years of experience directly related to the position.

EXPERIENCE
Stream 1: Recent and significant* experience in publishing content on social media in a professional context.
Stream 2: Recent and significant* experience in publishing content on the web in a professional context.

* "Recent and significant" is defined as the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with having performed a broad range of complex activities related to this task, which are acquired over a period of at least six (6) months year within the last three (3) years.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be willing and able to work overtime on short notice.

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
Streams 1 & 2:
- A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with a specialization in a domain related to digital communications.

Stream 1:
- Experience in publishing content on social media through Hootsuite.
- Experience in using social media monitoring tools.
- Experience in creating social media metrics reports.

Stream 2:
- Experience in publishing content on the web using Adobe Experience Manager.
- Experience in publishing content on in compliance with the design system.
- Experience in publishing content in compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.
- Experience in creating web analytics reports.
