Position Overview:


As the Fluid Analysis Administrative Coordinator, you will work as part of the Fluid Analysis team to support internal and external customers, representatives, and outside suppliers in clerical and administrative tasks.

Provide technical support and general training on digital platforms for fleet and asset management, digital sample submitting, navigating the customer portal website and digital apps, as well as non-technical data entry assistance.


Reporting to the Fluid Analysis Manager, the Fluid Analysis Administrative Coordinator will execute on the roadmap developed together with the manager for their region.

They will work in conjunction with the regional branches to connect customer assets, provide technical support and fluid analysis assistance.


Job Description:

  • Responsible for front line customer service, ensuring users have uninterrupted service, updating needs and databases as required
  • Communicating with Cat as it relates to issues associated with connecting assets and maintaining connectivity
  • Performance expectations shall be that customers receive support in a timely manner and in a format that meets their requirements as per their request
  • Ability to recognize anomalies in reporting and investigate the root cause and actions taken to prevent the occurrence of nonconformances relating to the product, process, and quality system
  • Work with multiple processes and a technology mindset, being receptive to new products and offerings

Qualifications:

  • Postsecondary education in office administration, businessrelated diploma, or another related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year office and customer service experience required
  • ERP experience
  • Service administration (Salesforce and Salelink is an asset)
  • Intermediate MS Excel and reporting skills
  • Experience in project implementation and project management
  • Ability to build close working relationships with the business to collaboratively achieve organizational results
  • Skilled in strategic thinking, business & technical planning
  • Knowledge of equipment, solutions, components & systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with strong presentation skills
  • Maintenance and upkeep of Data base systems
  • Asset tracking and reporting
  • Welldeveloped internal and industry networking capabilities
