In a context of growth, the technical direction is one of the major departments in ALTEN to deliver our services.

The technical direction is recruiting experienced people with both strong technical background as well as project management.
ALTEN Canada (Toronto division) is currently looking for his project director for its automotive industry.

The model to be implemented will be strongly linked with our current activities with ALTEN Europe – US - Mexico.


The key activities of this position are:
Defining the framework of managed services in Canada for our Automotive activities linked to OEMs and Tiers 1 (in accordance with Europe)

Transferring all best practices from Europe teamTaking over the delivery of our current automotive teams & transformation of existing services performed as temp labor into managed servicesPre-sales activities in Ontario for our automotive offer with business manager in charge of the accountBeing a major stakeholder into the BID process :

o Statement of work (client) receptiono Go/Nogoo Writing the technical proposal (with quotation, delivery, team organisation, derisking & feasibility)o Oral presentation at customers' siteso Kick-off meetingo Delivery & execution of the serviceCreate your own organisation of project managers to have relay for different on-going activitiesCreate a bridge between Technical Direction of Canada / US / MX / Europe to have a common way of working, training, capitalisation, offers ...Create the Center of Competence of ALTEN Canada for automotive (training, knowledge capitalisation, benchmark x-industry...)



ProfileSeniority:
