- Mener les projets soutenant le changement et s'assurer que l'information pertinente est transmise en cascade aux membres de l'équipe.
- Soutenir un degré élevé d'engagement des employés et élaborer les plans de développement individuel.
- Veiller à ce que toutes les activités soient menées en conformité avec la réglementation applicable et avec les politiques et les procédures internes.
- Protéger rigoureusement les renseignements personnels des clients et se conformer aux politiques sur la protection des renseignements personnels des clients.
- Représenter la Financière Fairstone en faisant du bénévolat à l'échelle locale (facultatif).
- Diplôme universitaire (baccalauréat avec des cours dans le domaine affaires, de préférence).
- De trois à cinq ans d'expérience en ventes dans le secteur du financement (préférablement dans le secteur du crédit à la consommation)
- Excellentes habiletés en relations interpersonnelles et en amélioration des relations avec la clientèle.
- Aptitudes exceptionnelles à communiquer avec les employés de tous niveaux, les directeurs et les clients.
- Compétences avérées pour la communication verbale et écrite ainsi que pour l'écoute.
- Faire preuve d'autonomie, d'une attitude proactive et d'un esprit d'initiative.
- Pouvoir gérer diverses priorités et travailler selon un horaire flexible dans un environnement dynamique.
