Requirements
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in management and coaching of a consulting/business development team.
  • Proven track record of business development in the financial services industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and NBC's policies and procedures.
