In this role the ideal candidate will help optimize the CEO's time and provide maximum efficiency and effectiveness to perform in the role.

The ideal candidate will provide and lead support to our CEO with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that is reflective of our Leadership Values.

Applications received beyond that date are not guaranteed consideration.Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:Reporting directly to the CEO, the Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Senior Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the board of directors and Senior Management Team; and oversees special projects. The Senior Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a dynamic environment. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, high attention to detail, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:Complex scheduling and calendar management for the CEO including the ability to balance priorities. Event Management – plan internal and external events and offsites.Arrange travel for the CEO and other executives. Prepare expense reports. Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements, board meetings, and organizations that the executive is involved with. Conserve the CEO's time by reading, researching, collecting, and analyzing information as needed, in advance. Represent the company and the CEO in a positive light through great follow-through skills, attention to detail, prioritization, communication and sound judgment.Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion. Excellent communication and time management prioritizationBe responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, with contact outside normal business hours.Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings.Being a proactive team member by anticipating needs of CEO and businessPreparation of meetings with Board of Directors, including and not limited to Quarterly Earnings, Governance, and Strategic Direction for the company. What You'll Bring:7+ years of related experience required in working in an executive assistant role supporting C-Level executives.Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings.Business sense - has a strong business sense and can decipher priorities and make sound judgment calls when needed.Commitment to excellence - perform duties at the highest level possible on a consistent basis.Team player - have team-oriented experience and approach.Service focus - dedicated to meeting the expectations of the CEO and other senior executives by maintaining effective relationships with interested parties.Ability to think outside of the box with a sense of urgency.
