**Description du Poste**:
Fonctions de rapprochement des titres
- Assister l'analyse des processus de configuration de système et aux tests;
- Responsable de la gestion des données en cours;
- Participer au sein de l'équipe responsable pour la comptabilité de portefeuille, les opérations et l'élaboration de rapports à Montréal dans le but de fournir un service à notre clientèle locale et mondiale;
- Veiller à ce que le portefeuille de détention des titres et les données des investisseurs soient maintenus à jour dans les systèmes pertinents de manière fiable et exacte;
- Conception et mise en œuvre de processus automatisés pour le portefeuille et les rapports;
- Assister le processus d'intégrations des nouveaux clients;
- Participer au recueil des exigences des clients et l'établissements de rapports;
- Démontrer une connaissance approfondie de l'industrie et être habile avec la technologie; et
- Travailler avec les fournisseurs de systèmes et d'autres tiers pour résoudre des problèmes, développer des solutions personnalisés pour les clients et participer à la définition des caractéristiques des projets et au déploiements de processus repensés;
- Assister le remplissage de questionnaires d'investisseurs institutionnels à l'aide d'un document FAQ interne.

Conformité, marketing et rapports clients Tâches administratives
- S'assurer que tous les documents sont à jour et complétés.
- S'assurer que le bureau fonctionne bien.
- Excellente saisie des données et réconciliation des données, des systèmes et de la maintenance continue.
- Classer les documents sur papier et électroniquement.
- Aider à créer des formulaires et à systématiser les processus.
- Aider à rassembler / préparer la documentation pour les dépôts d'entreprise.
- Aider à maintenir les exigences de conformité et les exigences de rapport des clients.
- Aider à réviser les contrats selon des listes de contrôle.
- Se tenir au courant des changements réglementaires.
- Connaissance de Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Acrobat
- Assurer la liaison avec les différents départements internes et les parties externes.
- Maintenir et suivre les éléments de conformité lors de l'intégration du client.
- Maintenir et mettre à jour la base de données des clients / investisseurs avec des informations de conformité clés.
- Maintenir une tenue de registres appropriée.
- Maintenir les journaux de contrôle et de suivi pour les éléments de conformité terminés et ouverts
- Gérer le courrier entrant / sortant.
- Répondre aux attentes en matière de rapports de haute qualité. On s'attend à ce que les documents fournis aux cadres, aux conseils d'administration ou publiés dans des lettres soient exacts, propres et logiques.
- Intégration de nouveaux clients actifs, y compris un flux de travail approprié (procédure interne / liste de contrôle) entre les différents fournisseurs internes et externes.
- Commander des fournitures et gérer les prestataires de services.
- Partenariat entre diverses opérations et fonctions d'investissement pour maintenir les processus, mettre à jour régulièrement les processus qui sont en ligne avec notre manuel de conformité interne et notre manuel de l'employé.
- Surveiller de manière proactive la gestion de la trésorerie et des liquidités pour répondre aux exigences de capital minimum.
- Production de dossiers de rapports de gestion internes, y compris des rapports flash hebdomadaires et des dossiers trimestriels du conseil et des comités.
- Fournir une exécution professionnelle de haute qualité des projets spéciaux assignés.

**Compétences clés & Expérience**:

- Éthique de travail et souci du détail
- DEC, études parajuridiques ou baccalauréat
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience
- Formation technique comprenant de solides compétences en Microsoft Excel et en codage ou de l'expérience avec d'autres langages de programmation sera un atout mais n'est pas requis
- Posséder de solides compétences en recherche et en analyse de données
- Solides compétences en mathématiques requises
- Forte capacité à communiquer, compétence en oral et en écrit pour les rapports
- Capacité d'adaptation à un environnement dynamique; capacité à accomplir plusieurs tâches et

à assumer de nouvelles responsabilités.
- Administration de fonds, expérience du négoce ou en gestion de placement des investissements souhaitable mais non requis.
- Microsoft Office requis.
- Doit maîtriser l'anglais. Doit être bilingue
