Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un tech lead qui sera impliqué au quotidien avec une équipe de développement de notre secteur d'assurance de dommage (réclamations). La personne retenue aura un rôle clé au sein de cette équipe en tant que développeur d'expérience dans des projets importants d'intégration de nos systèmes avec un souci d'être toujours à l'avant-garde du marché en utilisant des technologies infonuagiques modernes.

Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes:
- Développer des fonctionnalités dans la plateforme Guidewire (java)- Veiller aux bonnes pratiques de développement (CI/CD, qualité, découplage, etc)- Participer aux revues de code- Prendre le relais de l'architecte dans certains dossiers complexes- Aider à la montée en compétence technique sur des volets complexes comme le développement cloud native, etc

Vos talents et qualifications:
- Baccalauréat en informatique, génie logiciel ou l'équivalent- 5 ans d'expérience comme développeur dont au moins 2 comme lead dev ou équivalent- Bonnes aptitudes en communication et vulgarisation- Nos technologies
- Plate-forme Guidewire (java/gosu)
- Java, Nodejs, React
- Infonuagique AWS, GCP, Terraform
- Containers, Kubernetes (EKS)
