Your Role

As a Project Manager - Market Launch, you will be responsible for:

  • Defining and executing the pre-launch, launch, and end-of-life (EOL) processes for new, existing, and outgoing products
  • Piloting all activities related to product launches on identified markets
  • Mobilizing key internal and external stakeholders, including sales, product management, engineering, marketing, training, secondary market, manufacturing, logistics, finance, and regional leadership
  • Ensuring alignment and preparation of teams for high-performance commercial deployment from day one
  • Leading the validation plan, including Customer Acceptance Trials, proof-of-concept validation, and commercial validation
  • Ensuring concentration during deployment to achieve optimal return on investment
  • Tracking, measuring, and reporting commercial results and stakeholder feedback to management
  • Establishing an effective commercial feedback loop and adapting communications accordingly
  • Ensuring alignment of activities and continuous improvement of processes, products, and services to achieve optimal commercial results
  • Maintaining up-to-date commercial forecasts and expectations to ensure optimal internal deployment

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Education in marketing, sales, administration, or a related field
  • Approximately seven years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in a multinational company
  • Passion for commercial relationships
  • Strong knowledge of commercialization principles and product lifecycle management processes
  • Excellent negotiation and mediation skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Fluency in English for communication with clients and suppliers outside Quebec
  • Fluency in Spanish for communication with clients and suppliers outside Quebec - an asset
