Your Future Team

As a Coordonnateur en développement organisationnel at Premier Tech Digital, you will play a critical role in establishing a solid and agile organizational structure aligned with our strategic plan. You will be responsible for guiding our managers in their roles and serving as the primary liaison with Premier Tech Global for large-scale project deployment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Director General to establish an effective organizational structure
  • Adapt and deploy Premier Tech approaches to ensure optimal operational alignment
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to our managers in their roles
  • Represent our business unit as the primary point of contact with Premier Tech Global for transversal projects
  • Lead the management committee in analyzing organizational challenges and selecting suitable solutions
  • Contribute to the development of best practices in recruitment
  • Deploy annual salary revisions and ensure good practices in global remuneration
  • Design and deploy an experience strategy to promote Premier Tech culture
  • Develop and implement a skills development plan aligned with our strategic objectives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding organizational development
  • Collaborate closely with the management committee to plan our labor needs for short, medium, and long-term periods

Required Skills

  • University degree in human resources management or a related field
  • Pertinent experience in human resources management in a digital domain - an asset
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively
  • Results-oriented and autonomous with a proven ability to take initiative
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build trust relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and make informed decisions
  • Curiosity and interest in the digital domain
  • Proficiency in English - for internal communication with our employees outside of Quebec
