Job Description Vacancy Announcement – Admin CoordinatorWe are a reputed and established immigration consultancy in South-West Mississauga, ON, Canada looking to hire an Administrative Coordinator.
The nature of work is unique and specialized. Therefore, selected candidates will be provided detailed training. However, applicants will be thoroughly screened for the primary qualifying requirements.QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Adobe software (WILL BE TESTED)
Past experience in/of Canadian Immigration processing is NOT/NOT mandatory – we welcome and happily train fresh minds But the desire and ability to learn is an absolute must, as are sincerity, diligence and solid work ethics.
PAST EXPERIENCE:
- At least one year in a role involving client service, people dealing and document processing
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conducting communication with clients, managing new inquiries.
- Preparing submission letters and application forms.
- Sorting, preparing and organizing documents for submission to departments.
- Preparing visa/permit applications for temporary and permanent residence in Canada.
SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- Multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively and politely with a strong focus on customer service.
- Outstanding professionalism.
- Organized and detail oriented independent worker.

WORKING HOURS:
Full time
SALARY:
commensurate with skills of the incumbent. Not a limitation for capable candidates.
