Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Provide general administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
  • Accept payments, submit to insurance
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable

Experience:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
  • Proficiency in using Google Suite and QuickBooks is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for our visitors and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
