In this position you will be responsible for managing the installation and upgrading of our capital equipment across our Diagnostics and Breast & Skeletal Health product areas in Canada.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Process capital orders for all divisions by consulting with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance and Contracts departments
- Place sales orders for Instrument start up orders with various warehouses by following the Site Assessments
- Ensure the orders are fully reviewed by Finance team and cleared for shipment
- Manage and Schedule Instrument Implementation Kick off calls with key stakeholders: Account Executive, Field Service Engineer, Application Specialist and Contracts
- Work with Supply Chain, 3PL Warehouse and carriers and coordinate deliveries on the scheduled dates and time
- Monitor and track cross border shipments and work with the Customs broker to clear the shipments through Customs
- Work closely with Supply & Demand Planning team to ensure product availability for installations; contribute to allocation processes as required
- Coordinate biweekly installation calls to track progress on installation projects and report on urgent required actions
- Process and coordinate deliveries for third party supplied products
- Assist with reverse logistics/returns for instrument orders, parts and tradeins
- Assist with picking up the tradein, decommissioned equipment from the field and work with the warehouse on the disposition
- Assist in shipping incident/damage investigations and determine causes and corrective actions
- Assist with special parts orders for Field Service Engineers through Salesforce
- Generate reports from Oracle, Qliksense for various stakeholders
- Answer Customer calls from CXOne phone system and provide back up support to the Customer Support team
- Develop and maintain effective cross functional working relationships with all stakeholders while owning the project management and execution process
- Establish and/or contribute to creation of relevant SOPs related to installation processes
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Experience in a supply chain or order management role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills able establish and build relationships with stakeholders and crossfunctional teams
- Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and decisionmaking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Word, Excel and Outlook with
advanced Microsoft Excel skills is (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables). - Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment in a variety of situations, including recommending improvements, using data and analytics
- Bilingual in French and English
- College degree or technical bachelor's degree
