Who we need

Reporting to the Manager, Billing & Policy Administration, we are looking for a Bilingual Creditor Financial Administrator to join our growing Creditor team. You will support the ongoing administration functions for our Creditor clients, including handling phone inquiries and managing changes to coverage and bank account information.

What you will do
  • Handle creditor phone queue by answering calls and voice mail messages from members and clients;
  • Manage the creditor inbox by responding to email inquiries and corresponding directly with clients and plan members;
  • Administer member billing by reviewing daily claims reports, verifying member Creditor insurance coverage, processing premium collections or coverage terminations for customers with insufficient funds, tracking details, and managing system entries;
  • Ensure quality assurance by exceeding service standards, adhering to best practices, and identifying process improvement opportunities.
What you will bring
  • The experience. Experienced in a call center environment, adept at managing demands, frustrations, and client interactions. Solution-oriented, customer-focused, able to handle high-pressure situations, and with a positive attitude dedicated to top-notch service, respect for confidentiality, and problem-solving.
  • The interpersonal skills. A skilled active listener with empathy, tactful communication skills in English and French, and the confidence to ask questions and present information.
  • The drive. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks, following up on results, tracking information, and meeting deadlines. Highly collaborative, willing to dig deep for information and adjust priorities as needed.
  • The technical skills. Analytical, comfortable with numbers, skilled in mathematical reasoning, and proficient in MS Office.
