  • Organiser et coordonner des séminaires, des conférences, etc.
  • Superviser d'autres employés
  • Former d'autres employés
  • Enregistrer et préparer les procès-verbaux de réunions, de séminaires et de conférences
  • Déterminer et établir des procédures de bureau et des routines
  • Superviser la classification et l'évaluation des postes
  • Planifier, élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de recrutement
  • Planifier et confirmer les rendez-vous
  • Gérer les contrats
  • Gérer les stratégies de formation et de développement
  • Répondre au téléphone et transmettre les appels et messages téléphoniques
  • Superviser l'analyse des données et des informations des employés
  • Répondre aux demandes électroniques
  • Superviser le développement de stratégies de communication
  • Compiler des données, des statistiques et d'autres informations
  • Superviser la préparation de rapports
  • Conseiller la haute direction
  • Répondre aux questions et plaintes des employés
  • Organiser des consultations du personnel et des procédures de règlement des griefs
  • Superviser l'administration de la paie
  • Accueillir les gens et les diriger vers les contacts ou les zones de service
  • Mettre en place et entretenir des systèmes de classement de l'information manuelle et informatisée
  • Rédiger et relire la correspondance, les formulaires et autres documents
  • Effectuer des recherches
  • Fournir un service à la clientèle
  • Travailler avec le service marketing pour comprendre et communiquer les messages marketing sur le terrain
  • Effectuer des tâches de base de comptabilité
  • Consulter les clients après la vente pour assurer un soutien continu
  • Évaluer les environnements de travail, les programmes et les procédures pour contrôler, éliminer et prévenir les maladies ou les blessures
  • Assigner, coordonner et réviser des projets et des programmes
  • Planifier, organiser, diriger, contrôler et évaluer les opérations quotidiennes
